Spring 2024 Registration Letter
Hello PS 20 families!
The holidays give us an opportunity to pause our busy lives and reflect on our proud accomplishments. This season offers Mosaic a chance to say “thank you” to the entire school community for all of the support that you provide to our students, our families, and our staff. It's that time of year again to register for an upcoming semester for afterschool. PS 20’s PTA-run after-school program, Mosaic, serves the PS 20 community for aftercare, school holiday camps, and so much more.
Mosaic registration for Spring 2024 will go live on Friday, December 15th at noon! Members of the Mosaic Committee will be available at 12:05 PM via Zoom (Meeting ID: 284 271 5908 / Passcode: 9RwKvY) for families having issues with registration, please join if you have any questions or concerns.
The Spring Program begins on Tuesday, January 2nd for all grades. The program will run from 2:40 pm - 6 pm on school days, following the DOE calendar. On some DOE/school holidays, Mosaic will offer on- or off-site camps, which you can book on Sawyer via our Register page under "Camps/Events." We will announcing camp days for Spring shortly. For now, here is some information regarding registration:
Make sure to update your user profile on Sawyer, our registration platform, if you haven’t done so already. (If you have any outstanding credits, it should be in your account as a gift balance.)
The scholarship application is now open on our Scholarships page for Spring 2024 school semester (please feel free to reach out to Mosaic if you have any confusion/concern). Scholarship applications are due for the 1st round of consideration by December 8th. Mosaic accepts scholarship applications on a rolling basis, however we cannot guarantee spots after your approval date deadline. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, if a spot is available, you will receive an award letter.
For childcare over the holiday break, please email jestina.eubanks@ps20.org to make arrangements with your favorite Program Assistant.

Our daily routine:
• 2:40–4pm – Snack & Homework assistance
• 4–5pm – Enrichment activities
• 5–6pm – Free play
Pricing: Mosaic will continue to use our tiered tuition system. We have instituted this system in an effort to better serve the entire PS 20 community, while also continuing to raise much-needed funds for the school. Tiered pricing ranges from $30/day to $0/day. We will continue to have discounts for families who sign up for multiple days.
